On May 24, 2025, the 6th Party Congress of the Party Committee of the Transport Engineering Design Inc. (TEDI) Joint Stock Company (JSC), term 2025-2030, was solemnly held at the Cultural and Sports Center of the Corporation, 278 Ton Duc Thang, Hanoi with the participation of 115 delegates. With the theme: "Promoting the tradition of solidarity, proactiveness, innovative creativity, building the Transport Engineering Design Inc. (TEDI) JSC for sustainable development", the Congress discussed and approved the Political Report of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, term VI, presented to the Congress, defining the main directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term of the Corporation-JSC Party Committee.

Accordingly, in the past term, the Corporation-JSC Party Committee has coordinated with the Board of Directors and the Board of General Directors of the Corporation to implement production and business tasks with effective measures. With the responsibility of party members and the efforts of officials, engineers, and specialists in all fields of production, the production and business results of the Corporation have completed the basic targets set by the Resolution of the 5th Corporation-JSC Party Congress. At the same time, the Party Committee always attaches importance to Party building, improving the leadership capacity and combat strength of Party organizations, closely linked with promoting the "Study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style" according to Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo and building and rectifying the Party in the spirit of Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (XII Congress). The Party Committee has proactively developed action programs and organized research and implementation of political activities within the Party as directed by the Hanoi City Party Committee and the Dong Da District Party Committee. Annually, an average of 92% of grassroots Party organizations directly under the Party Committee complete their tasks well or better; the number of party members completing their tasks well reaches an average of 97% (of which party members completing their tasks excellently account for 20%). In the past term, the Party Committee admitted 18 new party members, achieving the target set by the 5th Congress. At the same time, the Corporation-JSC Party Committee always pays attention to leading and directing mass organizations to complete their functions and tasks well. With the results achieved in production, business and other aspects of work, in the past 05 years, the Corporation has been continuously evaluated and classified as a Type A enterprise by the Board of Directors, and the management team has completed its tasks well. The Corporation-JSC Party Committee and the Trade Union and Youth Union organizations have been continuously recognized as excellent units; the Corporation and many collectives and individuals have been recognized and rewarded with noble awards by all levels.
The Congress unanimously agreed on the general orientation of the Party Committee’s activities: To continue to promote and well implement the Coordination Regulations between the Party Committee – Board of Directors – General Director to create consensus and unity in the Corporation’s development orientation, ensuring the building of core values of "Independence – Creativity – Honesty – Responsibility". To continue to innovate the Party’s leadership methods in the joint-stock enterprise environment, through political nuclei who are party members and key officials, directly participating in the leadership and direction of all aspects of the enterprise’s activities in order to complete the political tasks of the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the XXIII Congress, term 2025-2030 of the TEDI Party Committee; trusted and elected the Executive Committee of the Corporation Party Committee, term VI, including 07 comrades who meet the standards, have sufficient qualities and capabilities to lead the successful implementation of the Congress Resolution, and elected a delegation of 55 typical comrades, representing the Corporation-JSC Party Committee to attend the Congress of Delegates of the Corporation Party Committee, XXIII Congress.

Within the framework of the Congress, the Executive Committee of the Corporation-JSC Party Committee, term VI, 2025-2030, held its first session to elect comrade Pham Huu Son – Secretary of the Party Committee, term 2020-2025, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, term VI; comrade Dao Ngoc Vinh – Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, term 2020-2025, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Corporation to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, term VI and assigned comrade Do Minh Dung – Member of the Executive Committee, term VI, Deputy General Director of the Corporation in charge of Party inspection work.
The 6th Party Congress of the Party Committee of the TEDI JSC is of particular importance, opening a new stage in the construction and development of the Corporation. On the basis of the achievements that the Corporation Party Committee has achieved, promoting the tradition of more than 62 years of construction and growth, with firm political bravery, the level and experience of the staff and party members, the Party Committee, the Government and the staff and party members of the TEDI JSC are determined to unite, strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the 6th Corporation-JSC Party Congress.
