Following the Prime Minister’s direction in Official Dispatch No. 33/CD-TTg dated April 7, 2025, regarding the organization of groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for key national projects and major constructions on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025); the Ministry of Construction has submitted a report to the Government Office listing the projects expected to be inaugurated and opened to traffic as follows:

  1. Bai Vot – Ham Nghi section of the North-South Expressway Construction Project – Eastern Section, Phase 2021-2025
  2. Ham Nghi – Vung Ang section of the North-South Expressway Construction Project – Eastern Section, Phase 2021-2025
  3. Bung – Van Ninh section of the North-South Expressway Construction Project – Eastern Section, Phase 2021-2025
  4. Van Phong – Nha Trang section of the North-South Expressway Construction Project – Eastern Section, Phase 2021-2025
  5. Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway

In addition to the above 5 expressway projects, on this occasion, the Ministry of Construction will also carry out the closure of the main span of Rach Mieu 2 Bridge; Bac Kan province will inaugurate the Bac Kan City – Ba Be Lake road construction project connecting to Na Hang, Tuyen Quang; Hanoi City will hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to construct a grade-separated intersection between Ring Road 3.5 and Thang Long Avenue; Ba Ria – Vung Tau province will hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the road connecting to the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway; Transportation Design Consulting Corporation – JSC (TEDI) is honored to participate in the design stages of the Projects and participate in the Supervision Consultancy of the above 5 Projects. This is a great joy for TEDI, sharing the common joy of the country in these historic April days. Recalling the early days of project implementation, TEDI mobilized a team of enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced engineers along with leading experts of the Corporation, using many advanced software, applying new and modern technologies to ensure the project meets the schedule and ensures harmony between technical, economic, and aesthetic factors. Author supervision is carried out throughout, closely coordinating with the Investor, Supervision Consultants, and Construction Contractors to promptly resolve arising issues and adjust designs during the construction process due to actual changes in terrain, geology, hydrology, and other objective factors, ensuring the quality and progress requirements of the Project. Along with the Supervision Consultancy, TEDI has mobilized a team of Supervision Consultant engineers with expertise, extensive experience, and professional ethics. To ensure the quality of the project, progress, and safety, throughout the construction process, TEDI’s engineers have strived to perform their duties with a high sense of responsibility and always closely coordinate with the Investor, Construction Contractor, and related units in the implementation of work. The simultaneous organization of the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for the above projects is an encouraging continuation of the Consulting activities of TEDI’s engineers, who have been diligently contributing their intelligence and efforts to the construction sites of transportation projects across the country. In addition, TEDI also identifies that the task ahead is still heavy, requiring Consultants to continue to strive, stand side by side with the Investor and partners; proactively and actively participate in consulting to jointly complete the transportation network system, ensuring quality, progress, safety, and cost savings; as a foundation for Vietnam’s leap forward in the new era of growth, the era of national advancement.
