Following the Prime Minister’s directive in Official Dispatch No. 33/CD-TTg dated April 7, 2025, regarding the organization of groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for key national projects and major constructions on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025); the Ministry of Construction has submitted a report to the Government Office listing the projects expected to be inaugurated and opened to traffic as follows:
- Bai Vot – Ham Nghi section of the North-South Expressway Construction Project, Eastern phase 2021-2025
- Ham Nghi – Vung Ang section of the North-South Expressway Construction Project, Eastern phase 2021-2025
- Bung – Van Ninh section of the North-South Expressway Construction Project, Eastern phase 2021-2025
- Van Phong – Nha Trang section of the North-South Expressway Construction Project, Eastern phase 2021-2025
- Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway
In addition to the 5 expressway projects mentioned above, the Ministry of Construction will also proceed with the closure of the main span of Rach Mieu 2 Bridge on this occasion; Bac Kan province will inaugurate the Bac Kan City – Ba Be Lake road construction project connecting to Na Hang, Tuyen Quang; Hanoi City will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to build a grade-separated intersection between Ring Road 3.5 and Thang Long Avenue; Ba Ria – Vung Tau province will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the road connecting to the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway; Transport Engineering Design Incorporated – TEDI is very honored to participate in the design stages of the Projects and participate in the Supervision Consultancy of the 5 Projects mentioned above. This is a great joy for TEDI, sharing the common joy of the country during these historic April days.
Recalling the early days of project implementation, TEDI mobilized a team of enthusiastic engineers with qualifications and experience, along with leading experts from the Corporation, using many advanced software programs, applying new and modern technologies to ensure the project meets the schedule and harmonizes technical, economic, and aesthetic factors. Author supervision was carried out throughout, closely coordinating with the Investor, Supervision Consultants, and Construction Contractors to promptly resolve arising issues and adjust designs during construction due to actual changes in terrain, geological, hydrological conditions, and other objective factors, ensuring the quality and progress requirements of the Project.
Along with the Supervision Consultancy, TEDI mobilized a team of qualified, experienced, and ethical Supervision Consultant engineers. To ensure construction quality, progress, and safety, throughout the construction process, TEDI’s engineers have strived to perform their duties with a high sense of responsibility and have always closely coordinated with the Investor, Construction Contractor, and relevant units in the execution of work.
The simultaneous organization of groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for the aforementioned projects is an encouraging milestone in the Consulting activities of TEDI engineers, who have been diligently contributing their intelligence and efforts to the construction sites of the country’s transportation projects.
In addition, TEDI also recognizes that the tasks ahead are still heavy, requiring Consultants to continue to strive and stand side by side with Investors and partners; proactively and actively engage in consulting work to jointly complete the transportation network system, ensuring quality, progress, safety, and cost savings; as a foundation for Vietnam’s breakthrough in the new era of growth, the era of national advancement.
